I have spent considerable time in the last month hitting Unsubscribe buttons. Carefully removing myself from lists related to the library world. I'm still a librarian but it is not what I want, or need, to spend my time on now. Occasionally though I see a story and automatically want to share it with one library group or another. Generally I resist the urge.
