I used to see the quotation above occasionally on Facebook, often in the form of a question: "Have you ever noticed that..."

It seems to have vanished after the insurrection, which is interesting in itself.

When I used to see it I would politely ask the poster to tell me what certain people had done wrong.  I think I'll put my list up here for future reference, in case the meme returns.
